The Child Support Lien Network (CSLN) efficiently manages Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) services for the Georgia Division of Child Support Services, ensuring the reliable collection of past-due child support. Through secure SFTP, the State of Georgia provides CSLN with daily in-state and multi-state FIDM match files for processing. CSLN promptly loads these files into our system and then prioritizes, categorizes, and reviews the results. On behalf of Georgia, CSLN electronically issues and delivers lien notices for verified matches to participating financial institutions and routes copies to noncustodial parents via USPS. All FIDM match information is securely maintained on the CSLN administrative website, which offers efficient access and tracking.
