For child support lien or case related questions, please call (833) 772-8347 (TDHS) and say “Child Support Liens”, select 2 “for all of Child Support calls”, then follow the prompts to speak with the Child Support Liens unit. Email inquiries regarding lien documentation may be sent to the Centralized Services Unit at centralized.services.liens.dhs@tn.gov.
