Once a match is identified, CSLN investigates the claim match. A Notice to Withhold Income (IWO) and a Notice of Lien are sent to the Insurance Company to intercept disbursement of the claimant / obligor's settlement funds for payment of his/her child support. CSLN also sends a copy of the Notice to Withhold Income, the Notice of Lien, and additional information regarding due process to the claimant / obligor.
