CSLN Welcomes New State Members

The Child Support Lien Network expanded its state memberships by welcoming five additional child support agencies into the fold: Georgia, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Pennsylvania and Oklahoma have all partnered with CSLN and the insurance industry to collect past-due child support from delinquent obligor parents who are about to receive personal injury or workers compensation insurance settlements. To date, these new member states have experienced close to 8,000 CSLN matches.

Currently, CSLN contains more than 2.9 million delinquent obligor cases owing more than $50 billion in child support debt from 21 state members. These obligors are matched daily to millions of pending insurance claims through our single automated match method—a daily interface between the Insurance Service Office (ISO) and CSLN.

We also look forward to welcoming Alabama, Arizona North Dakota and Washington who are currently in the CSLN implementation phase.
