CSLNewsNew CSLN Administrator Named
The State of Rhode Island, host state of the Child Support Lien Network (CSLN), has announced that Ms. Sharon Santilli, the newly appointed IV-D Director for the Rhode Island Child Support Enforcement Program will assume responsibility for the operation of the CSLN as the new CSLN Administrator. Ms. Santilli has announced that Bob Farley, Supervising Accountant for the RI Child Support Accounting and Distribution Office, will also be responsible for the day-to-day activities of CSLN in the newly-established position of CSLN Coordinator. Ms. Santilli is replacing Jack Murphy, former administrator and director, who retired recently after 30 years of service in the child support program. Santilli’s immediate plans are to establish a CSLN Steering Committee with representatives appointed from each of the 18 CSLN member states. Initial plans are for the Steering Committee to hold quarterly conference calls and make decisions on CSLN policy, administrative rules and changes for the network, and participate in planning of CSLN outreach to other states and insurers. Santilli says she is excited about this new position and her role. Said Santilli, “I am proud of the accomplishments our state has made to date in establishing this innovative and national enforcement remedy for collecting past due support and promise to do my best to see that it continues to expand and provide many more millions of dollars in long overdue child support payments to hundreds of thousands of deserving children.” Santilli was the former Chief of Legal Services for the RI Child Support Enforcement Program and brings 16 years of child support enforcement experience to her new position. |
