 CSLNewsCSLN Welcomes Three New Member States! CSLN Welcomes Three New Member States! The Child Support Lien Network (CSLN) is very happy to announce that three more states have joined the CSLN family. Missouri, Oklahoma and West Virginia recently signed inter-agency agreements with the host state Rhode Island. With the addition of these three new states, plus the State of Florida adding more cases to the CSLN, we now have in excess of two million noncustodial parents (NCPs) owing past due child support in excess of $40 Billion. With these new members, the CSLN has increased to 16 member states. Several more states have expressed interest in joining, as well. We anticipate our network to have 20 states participating by the close of 2004.
