Help Is On Its Way!

In keeping with our ongoing goal to provide excellence in customer service, in January 2004 we launched a “Live Help” chat component on our secure web site located at https://www.childsupportliens.com/extranet.

In order to utilize this feature, you must be a registered user in the system. When you log on to the site look for an icon located on the screen, it says “click here for Live Help.” Just click on the icon to initiate a live chat , this feature allows you to real time communicate with a CSLN staff member. Live Chat is staffed Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST).
